Dr. Rasmussen is a family medicine physician with over 20 years of experience in Family Medicine & Obstetrics. Additionally, Dr. Charlie Rasmussen is board certified in Hospice and Palliative Care. He moved to the Branson area with his wife and daughter in 2013 and has been serving patients in the area ever since! Dr. Rasmussen is currently a partner at 360 Medicine, where he helps staff emergency rooms throughout Southwest Missouri and Arkansas. Working hard to serve his community, Dr. Rasmussen received the Top Doctor of the Year by 417 Magazine in 2018 and Missouri Family Physician of the Year in 2022. Dr. Rasmussen has been further distinguished among his colleagues as a fellow in the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Rasmussen has always dreamed of owning and operating his own medical clinic to better serve the community.

When Dr. Rasmussen has free time, he enjoys spending it outdoors with his friends and family-- biking, skiing in the mountains, or being out on the lake!

Stephanie, RN

Aesthetic Nurse & Co Founder

Stephanie is a highly skilled registered nurse with over 9 years of experience specializing in labor & delivery care in the Branson area. Since obtaining her nursing license, Stephanie has dedicated herself to providing exceptional healthcare to expectant mothers and families, delivering compassionate and personalized support during childbirth. In 2021, she furthered her expertise by becoming a certified injector, expanding her scope to include aesthetic procedures while working at a spa in Kansas City. Stephanie's commitment to patient well-being is evident in her clinical skills and her authentic passion for connecting with people and making a positive impact in their lives.

Beyond her professional achievement, Stephanie has an affinity for travel and anything outdoors. She is a devoted mother of four children, which has deepened her understanding of family dynamics and the unique needs of individuals in her community. She is known for her enthusiasm and dedication within the nursing industry, having been recognized for her outstanding contributions to patient care. Stephanie is excited about the opportunity to continue empowering individuals in the Branson area, leveraging her diverse experience and genuine empathy to ensure every patient receives the highest quality of care. Her goal is to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves, embodying the values of compassion, integrity, and excellence in nursing practice.

Kinder Gray, RN

Meet Kinder Gray, a dedicated Registered Nurse and co-owner with a diverse background in healthcare. With 14 years of experience in labor & delivery followed by 6 years in hospice and palliative care, Kinder has demonstrated her commitment to patient well-being and comfort. A year ago, she discovered a new passion for aesthetics while working along side a cosmetic surgeon, igniting her desire to explore this field further. Since, she has devoted herself to honing her skills through extensive training and education, ensuring she employs the safest and most aesthetically pleasing techniques in her practice. Kinder looks forward to continuing to grow in her career as a nurse while helping people look and feel their best.

Aside from her professional endeavors, Kinder treasures her time with her children and grandchildren, finding fulfillment in family connections and making lasting memories.

Ginnie Grimm, a certified master aesthetic injector, has spent the past 18 years honing her skills in the field of medical aesthetics. Through extensive training from renowned physicians and years of teaching other professionals, she has become an expert in her craft. Ginnie's dedication to excellence is evident through her vast knowledge in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, ensuring that her patients receive the highest level of care possible. With her passion, expertise, and years of experience, Ginnie is able to help her patients build their confidence by delivering exceptional results. Her commitment to staying at the forefront of the industry allows her to provide the best care and achieve the desired outcomes for each individual.
